Molding of bumpers is a bad idea imo. My cars bumper molding popped out (before I bought it). Molding plastic to metal just doesn't hold. And I believe another reason why the molding broke was because of the air ride. The wheel wells weren't rolled, therefore causing tires to push a little on the rear bumper molding causing the break. BUT I agree that molding looks amazing, but if you dont want to worry about the molding breaking and you have to sink more money into it everytime it just doesn't hold then dont do it.

I believe they painted his car second which is why it actually looks a hell of a lot better than mine. Apparently mine was the trial car when they did the paint. buh. Oh well...

sound_xtreme's two tone does look damn good. If you do go with the two tone, I would stick with that design, it flows well with the alero's curves.

If you get fiber glass fenders and mold a AAS front bumper to them would they still crack?Cause i know if you mold it to the stock metal ones they will but i was just wondering sense both things are fiber glass it should be fine right?

You should be ok, but I think it would be a bad idea, in case you ever had to pull the front bumper for any repairs, you wouldn't be able to.
Molding in general I would disagree with, unless the car is a trailer queen.

On the other hand of things, I'm sanding the hood soon.

It would be a pain but its not that hard just to pop the fenders off with the front bumper

If they were both fiberglass then It wouldnt be a big deal as far as the actual mold holding i believe. But in the case of small damage to the front, you would have to replace everything/fix everything and it just becomes a pain. I agree with nick here in that it isn't a very sensible thing to do on a dd but a trailer queen why not. Again, I think it looks awesome, but practical purposes, its a no go.

It is a pretty nice look thou with the molded bumpers. Thats Probably the only way to have the razzi imo. The line on the bumper without molding just stands out too much for me. The two tone really sets it off as well.
