yea run 6 was your fastest, but your reaction time was really good on number 2.......

Looks like a little big of tire spin on some of those runs. The 60-foots are very inconsistent. Still... congrats!
Based on the altitude correction factors, your 14.572/96.12 run equates at sea level to: 13.687 seconds @ 102.339 mph! http://www.nhra.com/tech_specs/altitude.html Look at second chart for Stock and Super Stock vehicles for applicable correction factors. |
here is mine john it is amazing what a 1000 ft does

S/C,
What track did you race at and are you sure it's 5,900 feet above? The highest elevation listed on the conversion charts is Denver at 5,800. Based on Denver's factors your best run of 14.763 @ 91.11 becomes: 13.694 @ 98.153 mph! Odd that your mph is much lower than Springs considering the ET's are close. |
YEAH IT IS BANDIMERE IT IS ACTUALLY 6000 FT ACCORDING TO TRACK OFFICALS (BUT WHAT DO THEY KNOW)
JOHN FOR SOME ODD REASON HAS DIFFERENT GEARING THEN I DO. HIS SHIFTS SOONER THAN MINE IN A FLAT OUT RACE. BUT THAT WILL CHANGE IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO I AM PUTTING IN A GRAND AM GT TRANNY IN MINE FOR BETTER GEARING. |
main reason for my 60' difference was tire spin and the fact I was playing with the launch.
wasent hitting the nitrous till rolling. as for my top end the car pulls on hard but the launch definately kills me. if I could vary it like s/c can with his supercharger you would see much faster times out of the car. when we dynoed I was making a bit more hp and torque than S/C. just can apply it as well as he can with his setup |
springs, your nitrous activates at WOT?? or do you have a little push button switch?
