Would h&r springs from a 2000 z24 cavalier fit on a 2001 2.4 olds alero??

AftermathAlero 11-01-2005 12:03 AM

nope... won't work.

Str33tRacer 11-03-2005 06:39 PM

what about how intrax says their springs only fit 2000-2004, and not the 99.... will it fit on a 99???

^^Should fit, email the company first to be sure

No body and suspension parts from a Cavy/Sunfire will fit an Alero. Just the motor parts, aside from the PCM of course

if you find Grand AM, Malibu, or Achieva springs. im sure they will fit.

My front STB is for a J-body. Works great and cost a 1/3 of what PFYC wants.

Sorry getting of subject. But the springs wont fit. Even thought the coilover that go on ebay say they fit a J-body, N-body and some Dodge POS they wont.

Y won't the PCM work, other than maybe the TCM code?

i think u should know what ur talkin about befor u post up information. coilovers for a j-body will indeed work on an alero. they wont lower ur car without some additional modification to the strut.......... but they do fit. along with coilovers for a honda accord fitting our cars......... they fit but dont lower the car any.
