Wiper blades

When it comes to blades you either have one of four types for the most part

1) clips
2) pressure clips
3) spring loaded
4) screw ons

time and time again adapters are need to fit gaps in wiper arms, they are often provided at local auto stores at no charge or in the packaging

Clip types are the most common blades out there, Anco is one of the bigger clip type providers, as well as some bosch and many others

Pull the arm up on the vehicle, some you can get from their sitting standpoint, others you have to turn the wiper on and stop them halfway up by turning the key to on and then off when they are up.

Pull the arm up, where the blade connects there will be a little plastic piece, push in on it and slide the blade off the arm at the same time. Installation is the reverse, but just slide it back on, the clip will snap when the blade is in position.



Pressure clips, most often in newer bosch blades are simple. Just get the arm up and pull back on the blade, it should slide off with little force, installation is the same as removal, product will pop back in with removal.



Spring loaded wipers are easier than they seem, hold up on both ends of the blade, this will allow the spring to compress, while holding slide in an object (flathead screwdriver) between the blade and arm and pry the blade off



Screw on types, some old older hondas and others use em still. They require you to use a phillips or flathead to remove a few bolts to remove the blade, installation is the same as removal, bolts kits are often provided if needed or you can get them at your local autozone for no charge.
