Bad hub?? I know thats what mine sounded like when it went bad.

do you have directional tires?

It depends on the tire compound (how it was made and the brand) some brand of tires are noiser than others when they get worn in. If its a LOUD constant noise, then it might be like said a wheel hub or something with bearing. If you just put on 18's then it might be the wheel rubbing something. Could be anything. Need to give more details.

Ok ive had the wheels for some time now. But no rubbing and car is alliend. Just had driver side hub replaced.

how do you check if the hub is bad?

my front right tire makes a ton of noise... i just racked it up to the stock wheels being crap, but i'd like to double check to make sure everything is ok before i dismiss it as a possibility.

usually when a hub is out it will roar while moving. I just had my passenger one replaced today also and it didnt fix my problem. So I have brand new hubs on the front. But still doing it. I dont have a clue and they are directional tires and yes there on the right way.

Sounds like you have a broken belt in one of your tires, my honda was doing the same thing. Replaced the tires and it fixed the problem.
