WOW....cant wait to see this beast as it comes alive! ur goin to a manual tranny right?
|
oh yeah and where did you get that flywheel!? i didnt know they had flywheels for the 3.4 thought we had flexplates. (i probably have no idea what im talking about) im guessing that flywheel has something to do with your manual transmission right?
|
Gonna be scary :o
|
They make a manual trans for the 3400? I thought they didnt.
|
I love all the questions :D Good luck with the car John, she's gonna scream. Just from the pic it looks like ASE did a nice job blending the ports on those heads.
In case he doesn't get back to reply, here's a series of answers: No they never made a manual tranny for our 3.4 powered cars an option , Yes, that's a manual he's working on, and lastly, yes, automatics have flex plates and not flywheels. |
Pardon me while i just droooooooool uh.....uh...u.h..u.h...gfh.gfhdgh.dhgd.
thats gonna be nice when its done! goodluck! |
depending on which manual tranny you go with, wont you have clearance issues with the xover and bellhousing?
btw, not a bad mod list you have for yourself. and how are you going to hook up a turbo to that or are you going S/C |
Thats a lot of hardware... those head ports look a lot better than stock....you just need a proper cam to go with them :P
 good luck with it, assembling is the easy part, tuning is the hard part :P |
as far as i know, john is a s/c guy, so im pretty sure he is gonna stick with a s/c cause thats what hes always used, except a turbo would be good with the manual tranny so only he knows
