Does anybody have suggestions on what are good alarms?
I had a viper system on my mustang an it ended up messin up my battery an my starter, but i just think that was bc the place did a poopty job on the install. but anyways....opinions please |
Compustar is pretty good...I've had one for a while now and it does the trick :thumb:

I also have a Viper alarm that was installed poorly. That aside the alarm itself is good. 2 way is not always working right though.

get an alarm like this......

Im getting a compustar installed today. From what ive read and herd they are top notch. Id go with Clifford if you dont want the compustar.
But like the others said, if its not installed right it doesnt matter what you get, your gonna have problems. so do your research on the shops too! |
I'm also looking for an alarm, but with remote start, and 2way paging as well. The newest viper i was recommended lets you download mp3s into it for your alarm sounds. I need the remote start cuz of the cold winters. And the 2 way pager would be cool so i could catch the guy in the act and smash, smash, smash him up good. Do any of the other companies offer all these in an alarm?

I dont think compustar or clifford offer an alarm with the ability to put an mp3 on it, but they both offer a 2way with remote start.
im getting the new compustar with alarm and remote start. go here and check out the spces yourself: http://www.compustar.com/security_with_remote_start.htm |
