Big 3 question

So far I have the engine to chassis and the battery neg to chassis. My problem is with the batt positive to alternator + . I have a 2.2l and I can't seem to find the alternator+. Could someone either show me a picture of what it looks like. Or is it actually accessiblr from the engine bay or would I have to go from underneath?

I think that it is on the lower left of the engine. To bad you do not have a v6 its right on top lol.

The + cable is under the coolant hose. You have to take the bracket out that holds in the coolant hose near the alternator then you have to force the hose upwards. Tie it up somewhere on the top end of the engine with something weak like a phone cord or something just to temporarily hold it up. Then you'll see the nut that holds in the thin wire that's supposed to be the alternator positive.

I used to have the big 3 mod on my 03 Grand Am. Taking it off was also the reason why I busted that screw on the alternator before selling it. Moral of the story is that it's in a tough spot to get, but don't be afraid to look for it. and don't over tighten that nut

I hope i have it connected to the right bolt, the factory wire (light green color) had a rubber cover over it.

I haven't turned the car yet, waiting on some xs battery posts to come in.

That should be the one... so long that it's on the alternator bolt. It's the only bolt under there that's clean and chrome. I wish I had pictures from when I did mine.

Ok, that sounds right.
