Thinking about getting a new skirt kit next but not sure what kind. Any opinions?

Looks good other than the fake hood scoop. I don't think anybody on here is a fan of those so be ready for some criticism ;) What year? What engine? How many miles? I like the wheels....awesome color...is it lowered? Looks like it. Welcome to the fam!

Welcome man. Its your car do what you like! But lose the hood scoop lol

ALL 2 STAR 07-13-2013 09:20 PM

Its an 02 with a 3400 V6, it has 170,000 km's on it. And the hood scoop was on it when I purchased it. And Im not sure if its lowered but I think it is. The previous owner was OCD about keeping it tip top so its def in good condition. I have put in an aftermarket deck along with a clarion and and infinity bass. Replaced the stock muffler and exhaust with a Cherry Bomb, Glass Pack muffler and a chrome tip that the mechanic had kicking around.

cool wheels but the hood scoop is slowing you down, clear corners would be good to do next cuz its free you could take the emblems off too that's cheep

No you take your lights apart and pull out the amber reflector inside. First time i did it.. Took about 4-5 hours to do both. I was being careful. Now i can knock it out in probably 2.5 hours. Done it like 8 times lol.

[ion] C2 07-13-2013 11:33 PM

Ditch the scoop and you'll be okay.

ALL 2 STAR 07-13-2013 11:40 PM

Thanks :) and anymore ideas on improving the alero would be appreciated as I am not to sure what kinds of things to do.

xXManwhoreXx 07-14-2013 12:15 AM

Do a 6 speed swap and a built 3500 swap and turbo

sleepyalero 07-14-2013 02:56 AM

Lol. Do a cold air intake (ebay) but upgrade the filter that comes with.

02AleroGLS 07-14-2013 03:08 AM

Yes most definitely upgrade the filter! I bought an ebay air intake and the filter sucks!!!

TDavis 07-14-2013 10:08 AM

It is the original with tan original. I have added a JVC aftermarket deck and ive replaced the back speakers since one had blown. I have also added infinity bass with a clarion amp. :canada:
