I didn't pass inspection because of using night shade on my tail lights, now I need to go buy another pair and swap them in. To pass inspection!!! I thought they where legal.

heh...I passed inspection here with it. Keep the tinted tails, but put the stock tails on the car for inspectionsd. :D

Glad to live in MI, no inspections for us. None of my boyfriend's cars would pass, 3 are straight piped and the Nova, well thats missing half the body and a muffler.

i have 3 coats and have been pulled over twice since i have had them and had no problems...

there's plenty of them on eBay

I went to Fred Beans Mitsubishi in Doylestown PA, lol, I worked there for 3 years, and they said they couldn't pass it. I even talked to the mechanic.

Dealerships fail you for anything, wheather you know them or not

I have a PA state inspection license. I also attend Pennco Tech over in Bristol PA. Technically they cannot pass you with the tails being that way. But when you go to a private shop you are more likely to get passed. They value your business more than a dealer does and want you to come back.

haha...word! I was looking at that...WHY THE f*** would you switch out lightbulbs that are legal color, just extra bright, for an inspection!?!? They don't fail you if they work! :smack:
