I did this with a little rustoleum flat black acrylic enamel and a Rustoleum Pistol Grip rattle can attachment. took about 5 minutes and there is overspray all over the place. but i dont care. paint thinner will remedy that problem or wet sanding. :) anyway, my third brake light is still visible, i masked it off. SO OPINIONS?

your right, now that i look at it. lol does it at least look okay? or should i scrap the idea and paint over it?

i dont like. you should have painted the license plate panel black instead to see what that would look like, like what camaros do and gtos and mustangs. :lol:

i would have done plasti dip first, cause if you didnt like it you could just pull it off, instead of having to wet sand and shit.

to each his own, i just think the bottom panel would have looked a little better, but thats just my opinion. no hard feelings!

iv always wanted to swap out for a black hood and black trunk on my car.

ive thought like that too, to bad my car is all black.

but you gotta think people will think your kinda dumb/ricey cause its like going for a carbon fiber look, without the carbon fiber. :lol:

more like the black trunk and hood look? lol i did have a sweet idea in mind for my roof, hood and trunk. ill get plasti-dip and try it before i paint it. then ill show yall..
