ready for paint! (56k beware)
 

so tommorow i will be spraying my car a Cadillac pearl white with a touch of silver flake in it, just got finished wet sanding the car and fixing a bunch of minor dings/dents, heres some pics of the new skirts and various other things.

ugh. someone call GM and have them repo this car. just horrible.... horrible!

i will get OSV wheel's i must have OSV wheels

someone tried to steal the wheels and ended up snapping the lug studs leaving the car on 3 wheels which crushed the front bumper and sideskirt, luckily the wheel was untouched somehow....amazing i know.

can't wait to see this thing complete. got an ETA? (doesn't paint usually take more then a day to finish)

nah we start spraying it 8am tommorow it should be all done by the end of the day

he cut nothing. those are 215/35/19 tires. hella stretch'd out tires.

heres a question for ya
1. what about the front and rear windshield molding?
2. what about the door frame moldings??
3. what about the belt moldings??

ya know if ya keep these parts on the car, there will be allot of material built up and it will flake off if these parts arent removed

Those tires don't look very stretched at all. They look like they fit the rim pretty well actually. Maybe it's just that picture...

changed my mind on the paint last minute, made a custom mix, these pictures dont really do the color justice. ill see what happens tommorow if we get the car together and see if my 10MP camera can get the actual color of the car, anyway, what you all are interested in:

the color is very unique along with the rest of the car, thats what i was going for, it looks so sick in the sunlight with all the pearls in the paint, ill get some pics up tomorrow when we throw everything together.

so did you remove these parts off or going to leave them on
what paint system is the painter using

we didnt spray the door jams or engine bay, i will be doing them soon after

by the looks of the pics I would say no he did remove the moldings. so we know what that means.
