ASS 2013 rules

Firearms: although we at the Alero Chapter support the 2nd Amendment, we ask that all weapons stay consealed at all times. This is a family car show, not a gun show, and to prevent an accidently dischagre of a firearm, we ask that guns do not be openly displayed or handled during the show. If a gun conversation comes up, and you would like to show each other your weapons, we kindly ask that you move away from the general car show crowd and concuct your business there. Also, we advise that all weapon handling be done accord to the laws set forth by the State of Michigan

Fighting: In the event that there is a fight. All members involved will be asked to leave. We must hold a zero tolerance rule to protect the chapter and to protect our right to continue holding our show at it's current location. The Ramada Inn has been very helpful with our show in the past, we would like to keep it that way. In the event that members will not leave after a physical atlercation, we will be forced to call the Delta Township Police Department to have the parties removed

Driving: No burnouts, racing, or any other kind of competion driving will be happing at this show. This will also be the case of the Homecoming Show at the Lansing capital office building. Once you leave the hotel property, or the state capital property, you are free to do whatever you choose, with the exception in the convoy to the Capital Complex. At this point the Alero Chapter will assume no responsibility for your actions on any Michigan public road, or any other pubilc roadway on any states you will be travling in to and from the show

Sound systems: Loud car systems will be kept at a reasonable level and be turned off during the Alero show and within one city block of the Homecoming show and remain off until we the convoy is one block away from the show ground. In the event that someone has their system "bumpin" Scot Kintz reserves the right to cut the power wires for your entire system

Awards: Judging will be done by Alero Chapter personal and Aleromod members chosen by Chapter members only. All results are final. There will be two judges per class and a member is not allowed to judge a class in which his car is in. Mileage and use of car will be considered in all judging. Mileage must be displayed at the show. If mileage is not displayed, it will not be taken into consideration

Alcoholic consumption: There are to be NO alcoholic beverages brought onto the showgrounds of the Alero show on Friday or the Homecoming show on Saturday. After the Alero show on Friday, alcohol is allowed, however public drunkness will not be tolerated. Public drunkness will be defined as volient behavior, loss of balance, etc. If you plan on getting drunk, please disconnect yourself from the showgrounds

Illegal Drugs: This does include marijuana, is not allowed in any way shape or fourm during the entire time of this show, from Thrusday until Sunday. Any illegal drug activity will be reported to the Delta Township Police Department

Vehicle: Lock your doors, secure your car. The Alero Chapter or the Ramada Inn will not be held libel for any damage, theft, or vandlism done to any vehilce.
