I don't think it is fair that I can't post up racing stories. The nearest track is about half way across the state! Out here we have no choice but to race on the street...BUT we take every available precaution ie go out to abandoned roads in the country, walk the track, make sure there are no houses, make sure there are no people or animals, and set up the rules for all who are involved. We have to race there as there is no other choice. I would understand if people were lining up on main street running 80 mph in a populated, dangerous area, but we really do as much as we can to make it safe and fun for everyone. Not everyone has access to a strip within a reasonable distance, and not really anyone I know could afford to drive a car cross-state to get to one. If there is one that isn't too far away, by all means let me know!!! Any ways I am very tired and don't even know why the hell I am on the computer.:yahoo:

Edit: actually I retract that, the nearest strip is across the state!

I Bet this gets lockedn and you get a warning when people actually start to wake up.

the nearest track for me is in san antonio, thats no excuse, no matter how many precautions you take its still illegal to race on the street, people get hurt and killed, there are no electronic devices to prove times or wins. that is why we dont condone street racing.
