New Sound

My alero is now making a really loud and annoying sound by water pump. Water pump has about 300 miles on it new. It quits when I start driving but when I get to a redlight it gets really loud and I can overhear it over the radio, heres the video any ideas? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQvv...VPJvC 591HqCQ
Also a quick pull video on to a onramp. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLxv...rHVPJvC591HqCQ

It sounds like two pullies rubbing together

You have metal on metal rubbing...it shouldn't be hard to locate the source with that kind of noise.

When I swapped my 350 into the Delta I had the same noise, it wasn't constant as the crank pully and water pump pulley would rub due to the crank pulley being on c*cked

Made the same noise, check your pulleys. I'd start with the WP since you just replaced that

I found out its the ac compressor pulley. There are metal shavings under it and all over by it. Im doing drivers door back brake and fuel lines today so Im wondering to delete ac would I use this? http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par...er=838327_0_0_

Doorman makes the delete kit for like 30 bucks

sleepyalero showed me a way so you dont have to buy the a/c delete kit. All you buy is (autozone part #) belt-610K and replace the idle pully with a ribbed idle pully-231086
