01 Chevrolet Alero 2,4L in Lithuania
Ok i posted some pics earlyer in other posts but i didn't know that theres an International section :) so i'm posting some latest pics of my baby... Current mods i have done: tinted the windows, installed a muffler. Installed a simple audio system. And my recent mod is the mesh grill that i have installed. Further plans: spoiler on the back, repainting the car in mattalic black, new 17' rims and tires. here are some pics of my car :p It was raining and wind was blowing so sorry for some blurr....
My simple audio system: The inside of the car: me driving in my car :) |
Looks good man!!
|
Thnx :)
|
dont forget to lower it after the rims
|
very nice
|
when are you going to start working on the bodykit
|
Phew, at least they drive on the right side of the road. Nice car too.
|
its funny how its a chevy emblem on the bumper but an olds symbol on the steering wheel
|
Mr_White about the body kit... as i'm in lithuania.... i have only two options:
1. order a kit from USA... shipping of a body kit would cost me about 400-500$ + the bodykit itself.... 2. have a lot of pics and give ppl from a tuning shop to custom make it back here in lithuania.... it would cost me about 1k $ total or even more.... so the both options are very expensive.... i'm a student and at this point i don't have a job... and i have some other plans for now like: i want to go live with my gf.. so i have to save money for rent and ect... i need a new laptop (for my studies)... and so on... Hope i ansvered your question Mr_White :) :P |
Looks good Marrko. Keep it up. I wonder why they change the symbol over there?
|
The Alero is sold as the "chevrolet Alero" in Europe. Notice the clear corners that comes from factory + the side markers.
Nice Car Marrko, what happened to your rims? |
Nice alero!
|
well if were bringing back dead post i might as well say something...
weird how it comes with the olds rocket logo on the steering wheel instad of a chevy symbol |
I find this strange too. maybe because they have to mold bumpers to fit the European plates and have taken that opportunity to redo the front emblem spot at the same time, and for the steering, they just mass produce it and put the same in every Alero.
Just like Ford probes that comes with "Mazda" on the cover of the engine, or even those "Toyota Cavalier" that they sell in japan. Or even the Chevrolet Corolla In the Us I believe. |

bc over there they understand chevy = american car. |

Hey Vin- are you shitting me do they really come with the clear corners over there? I know about the sidemarker thing but that clear corner thing is puzzling. |
Marrko I was looking at the first and third pic and wondering what the words say. Do they say oldsmobile on there or dose it say chevorlet? Just wondering.

They say Chevroler with caps instead of Oldsmobile. A better pic is here: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...r_20080121.jpg |
