where/who does it? and how much$$

you can do it your self with an old oven and a powder gun, I have done it several times works well (I would preheat the metal 150-200 degrees seems to work better )

how, and where do i obtain a powder gun

( i would rather have someone do it for me)

preheating the metal does and doesnt help. it helps because the poweder instantly stick on the metal... so good for getting in corners and such but if you dont preheat you get the same outcome. and if you dont paint fast enough... you can get dry spray when you preheat
