Performance, appearance opinions: i describe the sound as louder than stock but much much quieter than a souped civic, there is little to no extra cabin noise from the exhaust (from inside it sounds like i have stock), mileage i have yet to notice any improvements, HP probably added a whole 1HP at most i dont really notice all that much improvement either (it does "lag" less when i really want to speed up, when i "step on it" ), the tips do stick out a bit but i'm sure that can be fixed
Any other thoughts about the product: definitely happy about the new exhaust, good sound, and good performance, overall pretty good.

what kind of sound does it produce? A low deep growl or a higher pitched growl?

alero168 11-08-2005 07:50 AM

more like an in between growl. not really low like a camaro and not high pitched like a civic, and deeper than stock, does that kinda explain it??? i guess i have to go listen more carefully

i got it off the shelf at a tuner place near my house for $60 bucks, it was a 1 year old display model, was in perfect condition just without a box and the owner wanted to clear out last years models.
i got lucky.
try getting lucky, look on ebay or in tuner stores, it worked for me, i think it could work for anybody else.
