Bought a wrecked Alero with 3400
 

Hello guys! Long time GM owner and familiar with GM's w-body platform. I currently drive a '95 Monte Carlo with the 3100 as my daily driver, but I have recently bought a 2001 Alero with the 3400. It has 160,000 miles :blush: but the guy drove it back and forth from Chattanooga to Nashville on a pretty regular basis, so that accounts for most of the miles. It was hit in the front end and broke the steering knuckle, cv axle, and a few other things. I found it on Craigslist and got it for $500! I like my w-body car, but I'm hoping this n-body will be a little bit better on gas, and more fun to drive!

Welcome to the site man from the other side of the state of Tennessee. I also currently drive a W-body car as my daily driver. Its a 99 Intrigue with the 3.5L and I love it. Anyway again welcome and enjoy your stay.
