Using HP Tuners

I am a complete noob when it comes to detailed engine mods. But i was looking into beefing up my engine.
Anyways I was wondering if people had some ideas that I could do to mod my 2.2 ecotec. Please tell me if i would need to tune my car after the mod.
Secondly, how hard would it be if i bought HP Tuners and tried to tune my car myself, because i dont want to spend money every time i want to tune my car after each mod.

Thank you very much

i could help you tune your car. Helped tune my buddies GSX the other day.

You want to build your engine. Do you have a lot of money to spend. There are different ways that you can do. you can build the top end of the engine, build the whole engine. You wanted to supercharger your engine a while ago. I think that you should start out simple. like start out with a Cam and some pistons and rods. The ecotec engine have a VERY strong bottom end.

Where would he have to spend $100? You pay $500 for HPT and it comes with 8 credits. You use 2 credits to tune a single Alero for an unlimited amount of times.

You need credits to tune each car you desire with HP tuners.

Get the VCM Suite NOT the scanner.. The scanner isn't for doing tunes.. You can go with standard if you don't want extra features like the ability to tune with a wideband oxygen sensor, or datalogging without a laptop..
