I know i read this in a post earlier, about an intrigue, but my 99 alero is experiencing the same thing.

Sometimes when I drive 70-80 on the expressway i feel a little kick, and then when i get off the expressway and stop at a light, when i take off the gears shift real hard with a jolt. No lights come on, but it jolts pretty hard.

It does it on and off maybe every three times i drive it, but the last time it happened it affected my acceleration as well. I floored it and it just slowly climbed in speed. Very odd.

Stupid mechanic isnt fixing it either cause it "doesnt happen" when he drives it. Figures.

Any thoughts?
