Dude its a valve cover. Tighten till snug then do a quarter turn. Ur not gunna break anything if its not within spec. It's a valve cover. ***edit it shows at 75 ft/lbs.*** seems a bit much to me....

yea i tried with a breaker it wasnt working, i had to break out the impact gun. hopefully once u get it off u dont have an issue with getting the pulley off.

i didnt use rtv and with a new timing cover gasket u shouldnt have to. i saw u got a new tensioner shoe but did u get the actual tensioner itself? i would highly recommend doing that.
