its easy just follow the instructions and make...
its easy just follow the instructions and make sure you have a clean workspace so you dont scratch up the lenses. oh and remember to post some pics when you are done.

I had this issue. if it is through rust like I had then do what I did and cut the metal out and rivet or weld in stainless steel, add some spot putty, sand and paint. No rust ever again.

just cut the old sheet metal out, spot weld/...
just cut the old sheet metal out, spot weld/ rivet in a new piece and use some glazing putty to smooth the seams. I did both sides on my car in stainless steel paneling, no rust after that.

welcome to the site. My 3400 has 178000km on it and has had no problems thus far, kind of luck of the draw. clear your corners, slap on some chrome rims and go limo tint all round.

no, a WAI is totally safe. I have had one with functional ram air for about a year and have driven through rain, snow, etc and have never had a single problem.
