Depends on the size of the turbo, it doesn't mean there's something wrong. If you have a big 35R on a 2.0L engine, it'll be a lag monster. Throw a Mitsu 15g or 16g on the same engine and it'll spool...

If you're using a water-air intercooler, that will work...
