I have a 04. With 3400. I'm about to replace all 4 struts. I. Heard if u lower the car that gives it better handling. If I do I was just gonna cut the springs down. Is that recommended? If so....

i have a 04 3400 i just recently got a cia off ebay and installed it myself after all was said and done it fells like it shifts ALOT slower then b4 the cia what would cause this and how do i fix...
