I've got some black painted vents that still function I'd sell you. If you don't want them, be careful when you paint yours, if you're not real carefull you won't be able to turn them anymore

I have never seen or heard of anyone doing that. The plastic that is underneath can't really be sanded. It heats up and kind of peels, I know this because it does the same thing as you cut through...

I had the same issues with the A#E#D Kit. In case you haven't tried this, put the rear of the sideskirt onto the car with your other end (front)...
