shaky idling bobs around alot. and what does it mean if the heat smells like gas or exhaust it goes away after a bit anything serious wrong or am i freaking for no reason?

The mechanic says i got a LIMG leak but nothings happened and its been 2 months driving on it. was this a bad ideA? ive stoppped driving it for now tho.

ok well i got my car back frmo the shop with some bad news the machanic said i need a new Manifold because the anti _freeze is leaking. ive dumped over 5 grand into repairs since i got it for free...
