yea im back, hears how you test it forget about the ohm meter, you need to use a volt meter, stick the postive end in the coolant resevoir but dont touch the actual coolant if the reading is .03...

yes, there is a way to test it yourself, you need a hydrometer, and a ohm meter i forgot how to use the ohm meter. i'll post it tonight on how to test it with an ohm meter
