bled the system again(2 man job), check to see if the hose was damage. Make sure the bleeder is on top of the caliper not underneath it.

You can access them under the cover on the driver's side door. It's the C2 connector, color is purple for teh signal wire to the PCM. PM me so more info.

Never heard of anyone cleaning it. Do you mean resurfacing? If so just get new one, they are cheap.

It might not have been your starter that was bad....

It might not have been your starter that was bad. Your alternator might not have been charging the battery fully, so it is possible that all starting the issue is related to the alternator.

IF you seriously want a fast NA engine you really need to look into bumping up the compression. Althought tuning might be a pita and the cost may not be worth it.

Don't remove the AC the AC helps with the defrost aiding in removing moisture. Seriously you only lose about 30 lb at the most, Condensor, Evap core, compressor, freon and 9 oz of oil. Not worth it...
