It is the lower line closest to the firewall. The two rubber lines come down from the engine to these, then the disconnect, and the two lines go the the pump from there.

Leds take less voltage, so shouldn't be an issue. Sounds like low voltage from the battery. rip it out and take it to napa and they will test it free. You may have a bad cell.

Just for info, if you do the 02 corvette front caliper upgrade, the pistons and seals are discontinued. Not that you should let them get so bad that you need new pistons and seals.........oh well....
