Is the water outlet supposed to have a gasket around the whole outlet or is it just that Oring? I had to change mine out and the damn thing is still leaking.

Thanks for the info! It takes a 7mm hose about 2 to 3 inches long. I used a old Camel Bak hose I had and it fit just fine. Car runs just like it should and doesn't stall or bog down.

I've got a 2000 Alero that stalls during turns (sometimes even while driving on straight aways) and when I step on the gas after a stop. I replaced the spark plugs and also added a new fuel filter....

Are you sure the window is seated in the channels correctly? Its not supposed to have a gap at all, I would double check to see if it is. Thats prolly why the motor is having a hard time.
