Make sure you make a x shape when doing the bolts. Go bottom right to top left over to top right back to bottom left then you can do the ones in the middle the same way.

speedometer is stuck past 140

I have tried disconnecting the battery to see if that would fix it but no avail. The speedometer is stuck reading past 140mph. It just occured out of clear blue sky. Any ideas of fix?
