I am reasonably sure that my OBD2 reader doesn't show ABS data (if there is such a thing) but it would do ABS codes if I had them...

The fuses are in the driver's side fuse panel. Next to a relay which makes them extra difficult to remove. One is hidden underneath the relay. Mine are fine.
