Just curious what this all means

2.4L I4 FI DOHC 16V
I know 2.4L is the Engine Size
FI= Fuel Injected
16V= 16 Valve
DOHC=Dual Overhead Cam

Now what I want to know is what exactly does I4 stand for?

There are no codes. Tranny has 100,000 miles. How do you check the overdrive gear and torque converter? Easy to replace? Cost? Changed the fluid and filter already. Had it flushed around 99,000...

Checked the wiring earlier and i got a new...

Checked the wiring earlier and i got a new pigtail for the icm and i fixed the problem right there. Dont know what caused it but it fixed the problem

all the power still comes into the car the fuel pump works and everything comes on the engine just wont turn over it makes the starting noise and thats it and i just tried uplugging the icm and coils...

Serious Problem

Ok I installed my MSD 8224s today and the car cranked perfectly on the first go but now its not cranking at all and i dont know whats wrong. It isnt throwing a code or anything it just wont turn over.
