hey guys if i wanted to spend at or less than 100 per tire which of these should i go for? it's a daily driver and no track or anything so just plain tires.

also if there is something really good but just a few bucks over 100 let me know too. btw i have Sumitomo HTR+ in the back right now should i just stick to them? not many problems even in winter... should i go for something even cheaper?
