The F-Body brakets re-use the same bolts.
The W-Body caliper and bracket is possible if you want to drill out the holes in your knuckle to 14mm just to use a single piston cast iron caliper.
The F-Body and corvette calipers are not the same. Corvette calipers are more reinforced across the caliper and are less prone to spreading. It's a popular upgrade amongst the F-Body guys. Corvette calipers are normally black anyways.
The caliper brackets can be sourced from the dealer, although at around $70/ea or so. They can come from any 98-02 Camaro or Firebird (V6s and V8s use the same brakes)
