do you have the 2.4, 2.2, or 3400. on the 2.4's it's kind of hard to get the boots to line up on the plugs and some times they don't make contact. this happend to me and i just took the cover off and put it back on again. misfiring was gone. don't know about the 2.2 but the 3400 is totally different.
