Well I wouldn't say too little fuel, as that isn't a problem with tuning. The problem is throttle resolution. The air demands aren't infinite, as volumetric efficiency and displacement play a large role, as well as RPM, runner lengths and port dimensions, etc. 440 cfm @ 1.5 inHg from a 65mm TB is plenty. 75mm is 605 cfm. Imagine a 605 carb on a 3.4 V6. Sort of the same principle.
