I truly believe that a proper cai leading straight to the wheel well would work best, and provide the most consistent and significant gains between the two. The problem with ram air, is that your gains are rather low when starting from a stand still, yet improve only when you are moving...I dont have numbers or actual specs/stats to prove this but I think its a matter of simple dynamics...
