Good instructions, but I was able to complete the job without disconnecting any of the wiring on the bottom shifter plate and only disconnecting two of the connectors on the HVAC panel and moving it aside. If I had to do it again, I'd probably set aside more time and figure out how to remove that bottom shifter plastic plate better though.
