This was happening when the car was puking the coolant too.
I drove thru a puddle today in the pouring rain and my power steering was off and on. Looked at my volt gauge and it was at 12.2.
After a few seconds, volt gauge was back to 14.4 and power steering was fine.
Is it normal for the belt to slip like this? I put this belt in late November 2008
