Matt,
I submitted a request to GM for the brake and suspension models and they are no longer supplying that information for those cars and offered no reason as to why not. That basically leaves us with the option to reverse engineer an OE knuckle assembly and/or your current brake kit components in order to design a C5/C6 kit for that application. Without a knuckle to determine feasibility, we can’t really say what will be required for the conversion or even estimate a cost. You probably have a better idea at this point having installed the Baer Track kit already.
If you’re interested in moving forward, please let us know. We would need a knuckle assembly, left front is preferred, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be one from your car if you would prefer to source one from a wrecking yard, craigslist, forum, etc.
