it's a flange with some pipes, not that complicated. all stainless steel. it'll be fine.
my pacesetter was the same price... you 3400 guys are accustomed to ridiculously priced headers

unscrew bolts, put them back in. take a look around your engine bay and you'll get an idea of how things work.
www.howstuffworks.com is also good for basics. it's really just taking a look around and figuring out what goes where and how it's attached. that's how i learned.
