The Traverse in front of her was going too slow, so she changed lanes, but half way thru the change, she went back and I moved out from behind her and started to pass as she started the lane change AGAIN. That was a "dumpable Train Horn offense" althought I didn't get to dump the entire air tank in that short of a time.
