You should already be around 8 seconds with the Eco

I have an eco and as he says you may want to figure out the problems with your car...depending on what traction i get it takes me anywhere from 7.5-9 sec with the ecotec...your tranny almost has to be slipping or something

EDIT: I decided to double check myself so I went and did two 0-60 runs both had a small amount of wheel spin and both were about 10.4 seconds in 15 seconds i was at a little over 70...that was letting the tranny shift itself...the other first thing that tells me something is off is at least with mine the torque is in the upper rpm until you get to 3rd and it doesn't want to shift to drive very easily but considering it hits the governor at about 6k in 3rd i would say you don't need to worry about that part
