I would go for black or silver to go with baby blue.
However, if you can find it ... a baby blue high heat paint would also be nice, to match the body color. Or if you're going to get it repainted some other hue, pick a generic blue and have the body shop match the body to the calipers.
Red or yellow would stand out, ayep. To my mind, they would be garish, however, It Ain't My Car
Pick the color YOU like, and tell everyone else exactly where they can stick it
