Yeah while I was out looking for stiffer BOV springs locally (and got one), he sent me a text saying my car was in the parking lot ready for me to pick it up. He wasn't even there. Keys were on the front LH tire.
I replaced the spring in the sunny parking lot at 110 degrees and drove it home. Uber'd back, got my wife's car and drove that home. Still wasn't there.
It was funny the reputable car shops I was visiting had mentioned they knew who this guy was and know of his unprofessional business management and inflated ego. They all understood and wished me good luck on picking up my car lol. I expected him to be there all pissed off and yelling at me for who knows what but he took the easy way out and hid.
There's definitely still an exhaust leak, which I will have repaired ASAP, but obviously from a different reputable shop.
