there is a lip that it would have to roll over...it is cupped around the tire on the top...these really wouldn't be that difficult to make...you would need some 3 inch angle iron, some 3 or 4 inch pipe, some expanded metal or whatever you want to use for the top, and a nice sturdy pin such as a pto pin for a tractor, after a little time with a welder you have some for cheaper than you could buy them
