I just took one off of a 96 camry that someone brought into the shop.

I did it without a hairdryer and i barely have nails. The trick is to get the stripe up and CAREFULLY/SLOWLY pull the stripe back, stop....get your finger closer to the part that is still stuck on and peel back.....repeat process until its off. I set a record on the camry....got the whole stripe off the qtr panel without it breaking!

Using a hairdryer is easier though
