I have sent reports for the posts I feel were inappropriate. Not sure if I am just supposed to mod my company area, or if I should be throwing out infractions for the hostility and rude posts. Either way, if you want someone that will do something about it, I have never had a problem with it.
If you can't say something constructive without talking about how great you are and how bad someone else's work is, you should probably stop hitting the reply button.
